Have you ever felt like you missed the instruction manual on how to cope with people, emotions, or stress? Whether you’re a teen (12+) or an adult struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, intense mood swings, self-harm, or borderline personality disorder, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) may help.
